What You’ll Do Engage with new and existing customers across multiple communication channels Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions Negotiate terms, close sales, and maintain professionalism throughout Build and nurture strong client relationships, including B2B accounts Manage a pipeline of leads with timely follow-up and conversion Use CRM and IT tools to track activity and maintain accurate data Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Communicate confidently and clearly at all times What We’re Looking For Experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles Strong negotiation and influencing skills B2B sales experience (a bonus, not essential) Excellent written and verbal communication Confident using CRM software and MS Office Highly organised with great time management A proactive, driven individual who enjoys teamwork and achieving targets Benefits Company pension Free on-site parking Supportive team and career development opportunities Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (great work–life balance!)
