ReLondon is a partnership of the Mayor of London and the London boroughs to transform the city into a low carbon circular economy, with a mission to revolutionise our relationship with stuff, and help London waste less and reuse, repair, share and recycle more. We are looking for a dynamic Operations Assistant to provide hands on day-to-day IT, facilities and administration support to our team; as well as technical assistance on the development and implementation of IT tools including SharePoint, Zoho CRM and AI. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our IT and office operations. If you have worked in office management, operations, or as an EA and have some professional experience of coordinating activities and providing technical support, this will be an ideal role for you. You will be a proactive and collaborative problem solver with good communication skills and a convivial can-do style. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a vibrant work environment. To succeed in this role, you will be highly organised, detail-oriented and have the ability to manage changing priorities – adapting as needed to ensure operations run smoothly. You will have strong IT skills, particularly MS Office (SharePoint, Word, and Excel) and an interest in new and emerging AI technology. You should be passionate about the environment and keen to contribute to compelling narratives which accelerate a circular economy and drive waste reduction to reduce carbon impacts.
