Responsibilities:
1. Meet clients on site, review key logistics, and ensure all details are captured.
2. Sign off on final event details with the client.
3. Have a strong understanding of Food and Beverage offerings, working closely with the operations team to achieve solid pre-event sales, with final upsells on site.
4. Upsell premium menus and wines to clients tastefully to ensure the best guest experience.
5. Develop and negotiate partnerships with key suppliers and make recommendations to produce unique events.
6. Distribute and update BEO packs for sites.
7. Lead weekly BEO meetings and drive the team to success with clear handovers to operations.
8. Manage feedback emails for clients and take action to rectify negative feedback in collaboration with the Senior Sales Manager and Head of Sales/Events.
9. Maintain strong relationships with the restaurant team to maximize revenue and occupancy of the private dining space.
10. Attend networking opportunities with senior sales management to represent the brand.
