Service Administrator

Stratstone BMW Maidstone

Part Time - 30 hours per week

Basic salary up to £19,047.60, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

Do you have exceptional administration experience? You could be the Service Administrator that we are looking for.

As a Service Administrator, you'll provide exceptional administrative support to our Service team. In return, we'll support you with development and the opportunity to take your career to the next level.

What does the role of a Service Administrator involve?

* General service administrative tasks within the department
* Managing live service job cards
* Processing of service and warranty invoices as well as organising service bookings.
* Working on the service desk where you will be dealing with customers face to face.
* Liaising directly with fleet companies to discuss the progress of service work.
* Dealing with customers over the phone in a high pressured environment.

Do you have what it takes to be an Stratstone colleague? We're looking for someone who has:

* Experience in an administrative role
* Excellent written communications skills and be computer literate
* The ability to build good working relationships is pivotal to this role as you'll be liaising with suppliers as well as customers
* To have good organisational skills, and be a real team player.
