Overview of Role
We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to support a busy manufacturing team based in Redhill. This is a short-term role, likely to last 2 weeks, ideal for someone with hands‑on experience who is available immediately.
Key Responsibilities
* Assembly of outdoor furniture using cordless drills and drivers
* Working from basic instructions to complete builds accurately
* Ensuring products are assembled to a good quality standard
* Supporting general shop floor duties as required
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
* Previous assembly or production experience preferred
* Confident using hand tools such as drills and drivers
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and able to commit to full assignment
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced workshop environment
