Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
* Build relationships to acquire new clients through face-to-face and virtual strategies
* Understand clients' needs to develop personalized financial strategies
* Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience
* Collaborate with the branch team to increase effectiveness and achieve results
* Create an environment of trust, respect, and accountability in the branch
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should have at least one of the following:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in securities/financial services
* Financial services or sales experience
* Relevant licensing or certification
* Professional or military career progression
Licensing Requirements
* SIE (can be obtained without sponsorship), Series 7, and Series 66, or will need to be obtained
* State insurance licenses
* Ongoing training to maintain licenses
