Job Title:
Location: Middlewich
Salary: £12.21 – £13ph DOE
Working Hours: 9am – 5pm, 37.5hrs, Monday to Friday
Are you a professional and confident Legal Administrator, looking to develop your career within a well-established legal practice? If so, we would like to hear from you. We are currently supporting a traditional and reputable solicitor in the Middlewich area, with the recruitment of an Administrative Assistant. This position is in place to support both the Conveyancing and Wills and Probate department.
About the Role:
You will play a vital role in supporting their conveyancing team and fee earners, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue their career in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering telephone calls and handling general enquiries
2. Meeting and greeting clients into the office
3. Opening, closing, and archiving client files
4. Managing incoming and outgoing post
5. Diary management and arranging appointments
6. Taking payments over the phone
7. Providing administrative support to conveyancing solicitors and legal assistants
8. Preparing and managing correspondence, legal forms, and documents
About You:
9. Previous experience in an administrative role (legal experience an advantage)
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. High level of attention to detail and accuracy
12. Strong organisational and time management abilities
13. Confident using Microsoft Office including Excel, and case management systems
14. A professional and courteous approach to client care
