An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Paralegal to join a growing Real Estate Finance team, based Ross-on-Wye.
This team advises lenders and borrowers on loans related to property sales and acquisitions, working across multiple sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and attentive Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
The Role:
The Paralegal will support the Real Estate Finance team by undertaking a variety of legal and administrative tasks, including:
Undertaking legal research and presenting findings accurately and on time
Drafting legal documents using precedents and templates
Ensuring all work complies with risk management policies, procedures, and GDPR requirements
Providing legal support to the team and assisting with routine file management
Managing diaries to ensure all deadlines are met
Supporting the Paralegal and Trainee (PT) group and attending networking events or careers fairs
Contributing to the promotion of the team and wider firm through professional use of social media platforms
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
Previous experience in Conveyancing (highly desirable)
A legal qualification, preferably post-LPC or working towards (or equivalent)
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
IT literacy with accurate typing capability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide support where required
A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to learn
A strong client service focus and the ability to manage a growing workload
