Contract: Full-time | Hybrid workingAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our client in the apparel business, based in Milton Keynes. This role is pivotal in managing the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring smooth cash flow and accurate customer order processing. You’ll work closely with the Credit Control team, Customer Services, and other departments, so excellentmunication and customer service skills are essential.Key Responsibilities
1. Posting and allocating customer payment receipts in SAP
2. Providing regular statements and handling queries professionally
3. Assisting with new customer account setup and credit checks
4. Processing customer credits and returns within SAP
5. Supporting ad hoc tasks within the credit control department
What We’re Looking For
6. Previous finance experience is essential
7. Strong administrative experience
8. Strong customer service andmunication skills
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
10. SAP experience is desirable
11. High attention to detail and organisational ability
12. Ability to work collaboratively across departments
13. Ability to chase debt with customers in a professional but friendly manner
14. Appreciation of multi-currency environment
