Document Automation Specialist - Law Firm

Our client is a prestigious law firm known for its commitment to excellence and innovation in legal services. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional results for their clients through cutting-edge technology and the expertise of their talented team.
The firm are currently seeking a skilled Document Automation Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working within a professional services environment, preferably within a law firm setting. As a Document Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in streamlining their document creation processes and improving efficiency across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with lawyers to prepare and advise on mark ups of templates using Contract Express, both standalone and integrated within the HighQ platform.
2. Conduct testing and mobilization of automations to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
3. Administer templates by configuring permissions, workflows, and profiles as needed.
4. Provide troubleshooting support and training to colleagues on template usage.
5. Utilise complementary products such as TR Matter maps/Fast draft, DocuSign integration, and external tables/API configurations to enhance document automation processes.
6. Demonstrate knowledge or experience with Thomson Reuters' HighQ platform, including integrations with third-party systems such as AI tools.
7. Leverage a full working knowledge and experience of the Microsoft 365 suite, preferably including Microsoft Power Apps, to optimize document automation solutions.
Requirements:
8. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably within a law firm.
9. Proven practical experience with Contract Express, HighQ, and other complementary products.
10. Familiarity with administration of document templates, permissions, workflows, and profiles.
11. Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide support/training to colleagues.
12. Knowledge or experience with Thomson Reuters' HighQ platform and integrations.
13. Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, including Microsoft Power Apps, is preferred.
