Homeless Services Team Leader (Programme Manager)

The Salvation Army’s Homelessness Services at Kings Ripton Court Lifehouse in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, is looking for a dynamic Programme Manager to join our mission-driven team.
Your Opportunity to Lead Change:
As Programme Manager, you will be central to the success of our transformative services. Your role will involve coordinating and delivering high-quality, client-focused support designed to empower service users and foster positive outcomes. You will champion client choice, control, and engagement at every level of service provision, aligned with our strategic vision.
What you'll do:
1. Lead the delivery of innovative, high-quality support programmes that prioritize client choice and wellbeing.
2. Manage and motivate a team of support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development.
3. Ensure effective case management, maintain accurate client records, and promote positive multi-agency collaboration.
4. Monitor service quality, meet contractual and organizational requirements, and support the Service Manager.
5. Represent The Salvation Army at local events and establish strong networks with stakeholders.
6. Support the involvement of the Chaplain within programmes where applicable.
7. Oversee financial controls, income, and debt management within the service budget.
8. Deputise for the Service Manager as needed.
