We're Hiring: Care Worker

We support individuals facing challenges due to age, illness, disability, or other circumstances. If you're passionate about providing respectful, person-centred care and want a rewarding career with room to grow, we would love to hear from you.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
* Personal Care: Support with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming and toilet
* Personal Care: Assist with mobility and safe transfers in and out of beds etc
* Personal Care: Use of mobility aids when required
* Health & Medication Support: Assist with medication: administration or reminders as prescribed
* Health & Medication Support: Support with feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
* Emotional & Social Support: Offer companionship
* Emotional & Social Support: Encourage social interaction and help clients stay connected with loved ones
* Emotional & Social Support: Provide reassurance and emotional wellbeing
* Domestic Assistance: Help with light household tasks including; cleaning, laundry and meal prep
* Domestic Assistance: Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
* Communication & Documentation: Record and report changes in health, mood, or behaviour
* Communication & Documentation: Communicate clearly with family members, healthcare professionals, and other team members
* Personal Advocacy: Empower individuals to make choices and decisions about their care
* Personal Advocacy: Ensure clients rights and dignity are upheld at all times
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Previous care experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided.
* Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively.
* Drivers License: A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential.
* Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends.
An Access NI enhanced disclosure check will be performed for the post. We adhere to the Access NI code of practice. A criminal record will not necessarily bar you from obtaining this position*.
