HR Advisor – MAT cover contract, 9 months
We’re looking for a hands on HR Advisor to be the go to expert for people, performance and culture for a leading drinks brand.
This role will support employees and managers across the full HR lifecycle - from employee relations and recruitment to payroll, policies and engagement.
Trusted, proactive and people-focused, you will play a key role in creating a positive, compliant and high-performing workplace.
The role:
* Acting as first point of contact for HR advice and employee relations
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance management
* Managing policies, payroll submissions and HR systems
* Driving engagement, wellbeing and development initiatives
* Partnering with managers to align people strategy with business goals
Experience:
* Solid experience as an HR Advisor
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Experience in FMCG, Retail or hospitality
* Confident, approachable communication style
* Ability to work independently and juggle priorities
