Stratford-upon-Avon Campus Are you ready to shape the future of the Construction Curriculum at Solihull College & University Centre? We’re looking for a dynamic Programme Manager to lead our construction curriculum and drive continuous development and quality assurance across our programmes at our Stratford Campus. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing a dedicated team of teachers, assessors, and technicians, ensuring that our recruitment, retention, and achievement targets are met with excellence. You will oversee the induction, guidance, admissions, registration, and exam procedures, while also addressing behaviour management issues such as attendance and punctuality. Your involvement in business planning and curriculum timetabling will be crucial, as will your commitment to championing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. As a Programme Manager, you will teach and manage a range of programmes as well as developing external contacts to promote industry-based work experiences. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement, ensuring that our curriculum remains responsive to industry needs. What we’re looking for: We seek an individual with a relevant degree or significant industry experience, coupled with a teaching qualification and experience in the FE sector. Your strong communication skills and leadership abilities will be essential, as will your dedication to safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults.
