Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
* Answer phone calls promptly, ensuring excellent phone etiquette
* Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and mail
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Maintain an organised reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
* Support administrative tasks as needed, including clerical duties
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various documentation needs
* Process invoices and manage basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Qualifications
* Previous office or clerical experience is highly desirable
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
