Our client is looking for a Team Manager / Reinstatement Planner to join their existing team due to ever growing workloads.
Salary & Working Hours:
* Hours are 8.30 - 17.30 Monday to Friday - No remote working available - Working from the Shepton Mallet Depot
* Weekend and out of office hours on call required
* PAYE with a starting salary of £50,000 - £60,000 (experience dependant) per annum OTE £60,000 - £70,000
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and manage the day-to-day work for Reinstatement Teams
* Liaise with teams and clients throughout the day
* Deal with and resolve daily problems and ensure deadlines are met
* Control and manage profit and loss of your area
Requirements:
* Cat B driving licence as a minimum
* Excellent management skills
* Strong IT knowledge & organisational abilities
* Solid Math competences
* Good memory and organisational aptitudes
