Are you ready to take ownership of a high-profile wholesale portfolio in one of the UK's leading food manufacturing businesses? This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven National Account Manager to make an impact in a £50M wholesale channel, working with key accounts such as Bestway Retail, Bestway Wholesale Online, and other wholesale partners.
As National Account Manager, you will:
* Develop and deliver strategic account and channel plans that align with customer, category, and brand objectives.
* Take full P&L responsibility for your portfolio, covering Bestway and Other Wholesale.
* Plan and implement promotional strategies to drive sales growth.
* Lead trading term agreements and negotiate key commercial terms.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key Head Office stakeholders.
* Manage volume forecasting and reporting using Sales Planner.
* Track and report on budgeted initiatives to ensure optimal performance.
Essential:
* Experience in a customer-facing role within FMCG.
* Background in convenience retail or wholesale.
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
* Commercially astute with problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.
Desirable:
* Experience working with convenience customers such as Bestway or Costco.
* Experience in impulse-led categories.
* Background in branded FMCG rather than private label.
