The Role:
Supervise and support a team of 3 within operations.
Oversee day-to-day freight forwarding activities: 70% Sea Imports, plus Sea Exports and Air Exports .
Ensure smooth departmental performance and customer satisfaction.
Liaise with clients and suppliers, with much of the freight moving from the Far East .
Candidate Profile:
Strong background in sea freight forwarding (import experience essential).
Previous supervisory or management experience in freight forwarding.
Knowledge of Far East trade lanes is advantageous.
Familiarity with Multifreight system desirable (customs knowledge not required).
