Responsibilities

* Help build a dream team by training, coaching, and motivating the crew to not only meet standards but go beyond them.
* Hit those targets: own your KPIs, support the team, and make sure every shift delivers what's expected.
* Keep everything running smoothly: stay on top of the admin – from rosters to stock, ensuring behind‑the‑scenes work is solid.
* Make every guest feel special by turning first‑timers into regulars with moments that keep them coming back.
Qualifications
* Lead by example – you have managed teams before and know how to bring out the best in others.
* Understand people – you support building strong teams, handle tough conversations, and make sure everyone feels valued.
