Were proud to be working exclusively with a well-established Northampton-based business to recruit a dedicated Service Coordinator to support their busy and friendly Service Department. The Role
This is a varied and rewarding role where youll be at the centre of the action, helping to ensure the service function runs efficiently and customers receive the high level of support they expect. Youll be reporting directly to the Service Manager and will play a key part in both administration and customer communications.
Duties and responsibilities:
Liaising with customers to confirm service visits and follow-ups
Raising jobs and logging callouts with accuracy and efficiency
Setting up new customer accounts and contracts, including handling necessary forms
Assisting the Service Manager with producing customer reports
Answering incoming calls providing support to customers and engineers, and directing queries appropriately
Managing the department email inbox and responding to enquiries in a timely manner
Filing and saving service reports and other documentation accurately in system records
Sending out paperwork and supporting with customer queries via email
Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks as needed

Remuneration:
Salary: £25,000 circa £32,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: 8am 4:30pm Monday to Friday40 hours per week Office based
Holidays: 23 days plus Bank Holidays
