What you will do:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families referred to the Duty & Assessment Team.
* Work collaboratively with professionals from other agencies to ensure a holistic approach to meeting the needs of children and their families.
* Manage a varied caseload efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate assessments and interventions.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues, utilising your extensive knowledge gained from at least 3 years of experience in a similar team.
* Participate actively in duty weeks, providing robust support during this critical time and being available in the office every 4th week, while enjoying hybrid work flexibility otherwise.
Duties involve significant responsibility, requiring a seasoned professional with permanent role experience, enabling effective decision-making and high-quality service delivery.
