Overview
Receptionist (Bank) — Renaissance Care (Scotland). We are seeking talented and caring individuals looking to begin or continue their career in social care with us, making a difference to the lives of our residents at Renaissance Care. This is a bank shift position at Meadowlark Care Home.
Responsibilities
* Welcome all visitors to the care home courteously, determine the reason for their visit and check their identity before notifying the appropriate staff member.
* Ensure the reception area is presentable at all times.
* Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries at reception; re-direct enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
* Provide administrative support to the Home Manager and Administrator as required.
* Process documentation on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
* Operate office equipment such as fax, photocopier and computer as required.
* Maintain the visitors register in line with Company policy.
* Ensure accurate filing systems in conjunction with the Administrator.
* Distribute mail correctly.
