Req ID 65535 Nottingham, United Kingdom About the Team: Working within a team of 40 technicians across the site to remanufacture mechanical/electrical assemblies to O.E standards. What you can look forward to as a Workshop Technician (m/f/d): Dismantle and re-assemble transmissions, axles and final drives in accordance with pre-determined work instructions and quality specifications Inspect components and assemblies for deterioration, wear and serviceability and provide failure analysis on said components Work on own initiative and as part of a team to solve work related technical problems Operate all plant equipment including mechanical handling, pneumatic/hydraulic/electric tooling and when required test apparatus. Carry out all personal practices in an efficient, quality, health and safety conscious and environmentally friendly manner, particularly ensuring a clean and safe working environment is maintained to the required department standard.
