About The Role
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Team Lead within West Dorset. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of recovery workers, operating from satellite locations in West Dorset.
The areas you will be covering is Dorchester, Bridport, Lyme Regis and Beaminster.
To succeed in this role, you must be a strong and inspiring leader who can motivate your team to deliver their best work every day. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, using your excellent problem-solving skills to navigate any issues that arise.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader who can bring passion, dedication, and exceptional leadership skills to our team. Here are the qualifications and qualities we consider essential:
* You will have strong customer service and leadership experience
* Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team. Experience in line management and fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Service Excellence: A commitment to ensuring our clients and stakeholders receive timely, efficient, and appropriate responses. Ability to manage day-to-day operations to guarantee smooth functioning.
* Data Analysis: Proficiency in preparing reports and conducting statistical analysis when required.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to ensure that all calls and inquiries are handled comprehensively and within agreed timelines.
* Problem-Solving Skills: An aptitude for addressing challenges and making informed decisions to improve services.
* Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing situations and support the development of our pathways.
