Position Summary: As a Hardware Electronics Engineer with us, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing safety-critical hardware electronic solutions throughout the entire development lifecycle. Working in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements, you'll ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective hardware solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate system requirements into clear hardware design requirements.
* Design, analyse, commission, and verify analogue and digital circuits.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet hardware level requirements.
* Contribute to the development of system architectures.
* Support production introduction of new products and handle component obsolescence issues.
Product Hardware Verification & Qualification:
* Plan, generate, and perform hardware verification plans and procedures.
* Support hardware qualification activities.
* Design and verify equipment test solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or equivalent.
* 3-5 years of experience in Hardware Electronic Engineering.
Essential Skills:
* Experience in hardware electronic design.
* Proficiency in engineering documentation management and hardware verification.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with Cadence OrCAD, Allegro PCB Editor, pSpice.
* Familiarity with TI Hercules and NXP iMX6 families of microcontrollers.
* Knowledge of RTCA DO254 / EUROCAE ED-80 and DO160 / EUROCAE ED-14.
* Awareness of Avionic data buses such as ARINC-429, MIL-1553, AFDX.
* Experience with lean design techniques.
Due to the broad criteria, our client are willing to progress with a large pool of candidates including University Graduates up to 5 years Electrical Hardware Engineering experience.
Working Interfaces: You will collaborate closely with design leads, project managers, and cross-functional teams including systems, safety, software, and mechanical engineers.
