Solutions Experience Lead Description - The Customer Welcome Centres are the epicenter of HP’s executive engagement strategy. As Solutions Experience Lead for the London Customer Welcome Center, you will be the technical orchestrator for customer briefings and showcase tours. You will be responsible for designing and delivering compelling, technically accurate experiences that translate HP’s portfolio into business outcomes. You will own the technologies in the space (PC, Print, AV), partner with the Customer Experience Lead and account teams to align agendas to customer priorities, guide demo implementation, and ensure the showcase is always current, reliable, and impactful. You will drive operational excellence by applying established processes and measuring briefing impact on the sales pipeline. This is an office based role at our London Customer Welcome Center, where you will be based, on average, 5 days a week. Key Responsibilities Act as the technical advisor in agenda planning with the Customer Experience Lead, ensuring alignment to customer priorities and HP solution capabilities. Translate customer requirements into tailored technical solutions and demo flows; join pre‑brief calls to confirm technical needs. Host briefings and present to audiences spanning technical influencers to business executives, clearly articulating business value. Lead technical tours and product deep dives, addressing hot topics and advanced technical areas with accuracy. As appropriate, work with account teams to identify and secure discussion leaders to enrich customer briefings. Maintain a current, relevant showcase and update demonstrations as new devices roll out. Serve as local owner for technologies in the space across end‑user compute, print, and room AV; ensure systems are configured and operating correctly for customer visits. Act as first point of contact for technical issues (devices, demos, room AV); troubleshoot and escalate with the global demonstration team as needed. Apply established CWC processes to plan, manage, and execute engaging customer experiences. Contribute to global best practices for experience quality, repeatability, and measurement. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science) or equivalent experience. 5 years in the IT/UC industry in a technical role, including deploying, configuring, and managing end‑user devices and office printers. Demonstrated success engaging a range of stakeholders (executive, technical, and end user). Understanding of enterprise IT commercial models and sales methodologies. Knowledge & Skills Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of HP’s solutions portfolio across end‑user compute and print, including integration capabilities and AV environments. Consultative Approach: Ability to uncover technical pain points and align solutions to business outcomes; skilled in requirements discovery and prioritization. Leverage these skills to translate technical requirements into actionable demos and experiences. Content Development & Presentation: Proficient in crafting engaging technical narratives, demos, and visuals; exceptional verbal and written communication. Collaboration: Experience working with cross‑functional teams; effective at influencing without authority and coordinating multiple contributors. Continuous Learning: Stay current on new products, technologies, and industry trends; proactively refresh demos and hot-topic content. Audio/Video Proficiency: Experience with meeting‑room AV setup and the ability to troubleshoot common challenges. Languages: Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus for remote or multi‑region briefings.
