Opportunity
You will be required to monitor and assess regulatory obligations relating to product‑level environmental, sustainable, and market access requirements, including, but not limited to, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), and other emerging global regulations driven by product and supply‑chain data. The role will also act as a key point of contact within the RS business for enquiries linked to regulatory change.

What You Will Be Doing
* Lead and coordinate compliance programmes for EPR, CBAM, EUDR, PFAS, and other product‑data‑based regulations across all relevant markets and alike.
* Lead and support with in‑market reporting (e.g., EPR declarations, CBAM quarterly reporting, EUDR due diligence submissions).
* Support internal and external audits related to reporting requirements.
* Support horizon scanning activities to anticipate new requirements driven by product and supply‑chain environmental data.
* Support the development of long‑term product data and reporting strategies, including preparing stakeholders for future incoming regulations (e.g., EPR, Packaging, CBAM, EUDR, PFAS, Digital Product Passport, Eco‑design for Sustainable Products Regulation).
* Collaborate across the business to understand the implications of global regulatory changes on the supply chain.
* Drive continuous improvement of compliance processes, automation, and reporting tools.

What You’ll Bring
* Ability to research complex information and interpret key points.
* Ability to present complex information in a form readily understood by the intended recipients.
* Work independently and collaboratively within a global matrix organization.
* Demonstrable ability to use analysis tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Access Databases.
* At least some familiarity with compliance requirements for product, trade, transport, and customs import/export.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience of working in a complex supply chain setting
* Experience of EPR reporting
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks
