Principal Sales Consultant (BDM) - Performance Marketing
London | £45-60k + Commission | OTE £100k+
A fast-growing performance marketing company is looking for a high-impact Principal Sales Consultant to drive new business and shape digital growth for medium and large brands. We operate at the cutting edge of paid media, analytics, and digital strategy - and we're scaling fast.
What you'll do:
Hunt, pitch, and close new business - consistently.
Build strong relationships and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Deliver compelling presentations and tailored digital marketing solutions.
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding.
Work closely with account teams to identify global market opportunities.
Maintain tight CRM discipline and a pipeline that performs.
What we're looking for:
3+ years in high-velocity, consultative sales with a proven track record.
Strong understanding of digital advertising (PPC, paid social, analytics).
Tech-savvy, data-driven, and commercially sharp.
Confident presenter with exceptional communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, resilient, target-obsessed.
Naturally organised, high energy, solutions-focused.
