What you’ll be doing Taking overall responsibility for manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance across operations. Managing/Direct Reports: Production Manager and Planner, Facilities Manager, Logistics Manager, Fleet Manager, Group Manager, Head of Engineering. Driving operational strategy to support ambitious business growth. Leading a talented team with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations while maintaining a reputation for world-class quality. Collaborating closely with the board to shape the future of the business. What our client are looking for A proven track record in operations leadership at Director level (ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals). Strong background in supply chain, production planning, and process optimisation. A natural leader who inspires, motivates, and develops high-performing teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver results in a hands-on environment. Experience in a food/medical/consumables regulated industry would be a distinct advantage. Why join our client?
