We're looking for a skilled Night Shift Engineer to join a well-established food manufacturing site on a 4 on / 4 off nights shift pattern.

The role
* Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment
* Support continuous improvement projects to drive performance and reliability
* Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and maintain high standards
* Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and engineering procedures
About you
* Time-served, apprentice-trained, or qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering
* Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment (food industry experience an advantage)
* Confident working autonomously on nights and troubleshooting under pressure
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
