What Youll Do:
Commit to the highest standards of service and focus on genuine hospitality and operational excellence.
Work closely with the management team to oversee the smooth running of all operations and above all guest satisfaction.
Make sure that every guest experience is memorable going above and beyond their expectations.
Inspire, motivate and train your team to deliver the highest levels of service and genuine, warm hospitality.
Build relationships with both our regular guests and local businesses to show our commitment to the local community.
Lead the business with a hands-on approach to your role and ensuring that you consistently support your team in day-to-day operations.
Manage all financial aspects from P&Ls, cost control, stock/inventory ordering and team scheduling.
Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, hygiene standards to maintain a 5* EHO rating.
Drive marketing, promotions, community engagement and footfall.
Be a visible face of the venue: hands-on leadership, guest experience, problem resolution.
About you:
Previous experience as General Manager in a busy restaurant.
Passion and knowledge of restaurants, good cooking and great customer service.
Strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Commercially aware: able to manage budgets, drive revenue and control costs.
Good knowledge of licencing laws, health & safety, hygiene, food and beverage operations.
