Following one of the most upbeat and positive conversations I’ve ever had as a recruiter, I’m recruiting for multiple broker positions with a broker based in Cheltenham who are a modern and innovative company with a refreshing approach. They specialise in covering scale-up businesses, offering a range of tailored Tech, Financial Lines products, liabilities, and covering the Life Sciences sector.
This is an opportunity for individuals currently working within the insurance industry, either at a broker or insurer, who are looking to join a company that values its team members. It’s a busy, sales-oriented environment where teamwork and idea-sharing are encouraged. In the words of the COO: “This is not a producer role; you won’t have a new business target. You will be handed warm leads to follow up on, guiding clients through their insurance demands and programs, and then providing ongoing client service. It’s ideal for senior handlers interested in a client-facing role. For executives, there’s no new business target. Knowledge of financial lines would be beneficial, but ambitious general commercial candidates with the right drive are also encouraged to apply.”
