Your work will include: Managing estate administration matters from start to finish Drafting wills, powers of attorney and related documentation Advising clients on succession and tax planning Assisting with the creation and ongoing management of trusts Building strong, long-lasting client relationships Working alongside senior team members on larger matters Supporting wider team initiatives and client development About you This role would suit a Private Client Solicitor who: Has 3 years’ PQE in private client work Is confident handling wills, estates and related matters Demonstrates attention to detail and organisational skills Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues Is motivated to continue developing technical knowledge Has an interest in business development and building relationships Works well both independently and as part of a team The environment You’ll be joining an established Inverness team with a reputation for delivering a high level of service to its clients.
