The Role
As a Junior Legal PA, you will join a collaborative Business Practice Support team, providing proactive and professional support to a group of stakeholders and legal professionals.
This position offers a varied workload and exposure to a wide range of projects. You’ll handle key administrative and project-focused responsibilities while benefiting from extensive learning and development designed to enhance both legal knowledge and practical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diary and stakeholder management
* Legal document preparation and management
* Finance, administration, and compliance tasks
* Legal matter management
* Meeting coordination and support
* Assisting with business development initiatives, events, and projects
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in a legal or professional services support role
* Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
* Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service
* Strong relationship-building skills, internally and externally
* Able to use initiative, prioritise workload, and delegate where appropriate
* A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
* Competent across Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Teams
* Flexible and adaptable, with high professional standards and ambition
