Description
Accounts Payable Clerk:
* Process a high volume of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
* Match, batch, and code invoices in line with purchase orders and delivery notes
* Prepare and run weekly and monthly supplier payment runs (BACS/CHAPS)
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
* Manage the AP inbox and respond to internal and external queries promptly
* Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve invoice or delivery issues
* Assist with month-end close tasks including accruals and ledger reconciliations

A Successful Accounts Payable Clerk Should Have
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
