Insolvency Partners keenly sought for TWO roles
We are currently seeking at least TWO insolvency Partners (or teams) for two separate roles, one for a leading City Firm to start up an insolvency desk and one for a strong West End / Mayfair Firm that already has a capability but requires the incoming individual to have only half a practice.
Both firms are full‑service with diverse client bases including corporates, high and ultra‑high net worths, SMEs, private offices, and leading names in technology, real‑estate, and sports. These roles suit a junior or senior partner at a large London firm looking to take the next steps in their career, or who has experience in growing a team or who would move with a team. Some work/relationships of one’s own are needed, especially on the insolvency practitioner side.
Responsibilities
* Develop and lead the insolvency desk at a leading City Firm.
* Grow and manage a team, sourcing new business and maintaining existing relationships.
* Provide senior legal advice on insolvency and restructuring matters.
* Build a practice base by developing your own work and relationships, particularly in insolvency practitioner activities.
* Collaborate with senior partners and the wider law firm team.
Qualifications
* PQE 7+ years with a recognised law firm.
* Partner‑designate, Partner, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in insolvency, restructuring or related practice areas.
* Strong client development skills and a track record of growing a practice.
