At Aspris, we believe that all young people deserve the best chance to grow, develop and receive support that prepares them for a bright future. Our Residential Support Workers are crucial in helping us to achieve our vision.

What the role looks like

As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide emotional support to our young people and assist with day-to-day activities such as washing, dressing, and getting to school. If you work a shift during the weekend, you will rarely be on-site at the home because the activities are elsewhere—think theme parks, bowling alleys, cinemas, and zoos. You’ll have so much fun that you’ll almost forget you’re at work.

Our homes accommodate young people with autism, learning difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs. While challenges may arise, our Residential Support Workers tell us that the strong relationships and lasting memories they create more than compensate for these difficulties. Seeing a young person overcome challenges and make progress is incredibly rewarding.

Who we're looking for

We seek compassionate, friendly, and genuinely caring individuals who want to give our young people the best possible chance to succeed.

If you are someone who:

* Thrives as part of a team
* Is resilient, patient, and understanding
* Has a natural flair for making people smile
* Is always available to lend a listening ear
* Enjoys film nights, baking, or Xbox gaming
* Holds a full UK driving licence

then this could be the perfect role for you. No experience working with children? No problem—we provide all the necessary support and training, including fully funded qualifications, to help you build a fulfilling career.

What's in it for you

We offer a supportive and collaborative environment where you can develop your career and find fulfillment in helping those who need it most. We understand that flexible hours are important, so we offer a range of shift options to suit your lifestyle.

Additionally, you will enjoy benefits such as:

* Healthcare cash plan, wellbeing support, and loans
* An exclusive rewards and benefits platform
* High-street and online discounts via Blue Light Card
* Cycle to work scheme and gym membership
* Refer a friend bonus scheme
* Learning and development opportunities
* Flexible hours that suit your needs

Learn more about these benefits in our guide to benefits and pensions.

If you’re ready to join a values-led organization that prioritizes children and cares about its employees, we’d love to hear from you.
