Administration Manager & PA to Locality Manager
Responsibilities include the day-to-day operational management of the administration team within the planned care service. Collaborate with team members to coordinate and deliver high-quality service while efficiently using resources. Act as an ambassador for the service, providing first-class administration to support the work of the service and meet strategic and business objectives and KPIs/targets. Lead the administration team to support clinical teams in managing and prioritising daily demand and to assist clinicians in service delivery. Responsible for operational and performance management, staff management, training and personal development, and providing high-quality personal assistant services to the Locality Manager.
