At Macknade, we are passionate about great food, community, and doing things the right way. We are looking for a hands‑on Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting the business as we continue to grow.
This is more than just a finance role — you will be at the heart of the business, helping us make good decisions, stay commercially sharp, and deliver on our values.
THE ROLE
What you will do:
* Produce monthly management accounts with meaningful, easy‑to‑understand insight
* Oversee retail takings, e‑commerce sales, and trade accounts
* Monitor margins, stock, and performance across the business
* Manage cash flow and keep a close eye on financial health
* Lead on reconciliations, controls, and good financial housekeeping
* Work closely with teams across the business to support better decision‑making
What we are looking for:
* A Finance Manager who enjoys being hands‑on in a busy, growing business
* Strong management accounting skills and strong Excel knowledge
* Experience in retail, food, hospitality, or a multi‑channel environment is beneficial
* AAT qualified (or similar), or qualified by experience

The salary for this role will be £40,000 - £42,000 FTE
