Your Responsibilities:
* Supervise whole classes during teacher absences using pre-set lesson plans
* Manage behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
* Engage students and encourage them to remain on task
* Report back to teaching staff on class progress and behaviour
Ideal Candidate:
* Confident and professional in managing groups of secondary-aged pupils
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential
* A positive attitude and a genuine interest in education
