Social Media and Content Officer
We are looking to appoint a creative Social Media and Content Officer to ignite our digital presence, and help drive student recruitment at the University through engaging and innovative content.
The role will be based in the wider Marketing team who play a critical role in supporting the University's wider strategic priorities to establish the brand and profile of the University on a regional, national and international basis, whilst enhancing the quality of communications and marketing to our wide range of stakeholders. This role takes day to day lead of our Student Content Creator Scheme, ensuring a pipeline of relevant user-generated content is regularly available for our target audiences. This role comprises daily social media content planning and management of multiple channels as well as the curation of compelling social media creative with a particular focus on video content.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Student Content Creator Scheme and maintain a pipeline of user-generated content for target audiences.
* Plan and manage daily social media content across multiple channels.
* Create compelling social media creative, with a focus on video content.
* Analyse and report on campaign performance using tools such as Meta Analytics and Google Analytics to inform data‑driven decision making.
Qualifications & Experience
* Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject area or equivalent experiential learning.
* Significant marketing experience with an emphasis on digital delivery.
* Strong analytical skills and experience reporting on campaign performance.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to form relationships across the University.
* Commercial awareness and a results‑oriented, all‑round team player mindset.
