What We Offer
WSP is a leading engineering and professional services firm. You will work on a wide range of projects from low‑carbon engineering to renewable power generation, gaining experience across feasibility, design, process modelling and construction management.
Responsibilities
* Support the development of technical, financial and environmental studies for clients across the generation and transmission sectors.
* Contribute to the design of green hydrogen plants, new CCGT plants, upgrades of gas networks, and renewable generation projects.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project delivery, client engagement and stakeholder management.
* Assist in proposal development and business‑development activities.
Key Projects
* Green hydrogen generation plant design (PEM technology).
* Design of new CCGT plants worldwide.
* Upgrades to existing gas networks.
* Pipeline routing studies for large distribution networks.
* Design of onshore wind turbine foundations.
* Design and review of solar PV and battery storage projects.
The Energy Transition Team
Our multidisciplinary team delivers services that support a net zero future. The team includes experts in low‑carbon engineering, onshore and offshore wind, solar, and battery storage.
Day‑to‑Day Activities
* Engineering design, delivery and client communication.
* Proposal and business‑development support.
* Stakeholder engagement and dynamic project coordination.
Graduate Development Programme
Two‑year programme with blended learning, professional training, mentoring and support for chartered status. You will gain core business skills, networking opportunities and hands‑on experience.
Qualifications
* Graduated with at least a 2:2 in a Master’s degree (Electrical or Civil Engineering).
* Applicants can be in either April or September 2026 start dates.
* Pass a full application form and online skill assessment.
* Strong interest in consulting, structural engineering and problem solving.
