Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bid Manager to join their team. As a Bid Manager, you will play a critical role in helping the organisation secure new contracts by producing compelling, high-quality bid submissions. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary bid team, developing and writing content for tenders, proposals, and other bid-related documents, ensuring submissions meet client specifications and stand out in a competitive marketplace. Ideally you will have previous experience in bid writing, ideally within the Housing or Construction sector and can bring; Industry-specific knowledge Proven track record in the Housing sector Experience with planned and/or responsive maintenance, retrofit, or sustainability projects Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships Effective communication at all levels Proven project management skills This position would be well suited to someone who has experience as a Bid Writer and who is ready to step up into a Bid Manager role or someone who is already at Bid Management level.
