Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic hand therapist to come and work with our hand therapy team in Flintshire. This new and exciting opportunity has arisen to take on the role of Clinical Specialist Hand Therapist. The post holder will work as a Clinical Specialist Hand Therapist, with an extended scope of practice to work within a team to deliver a service to patients referred to Hand Therapy clinics. Main duties of the job Provide advanced assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with complex hand conditions. Lead on evidence-based practice and service development within hand therapy. Offer specialist advice and support to colleagues across multidisciplinary teams. Contribute to teaching, mentoring, and clinical supervision of staff and students. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
