? Manchester | £35/hour | 6 months | Site-based (5 days/week)

Clearance: Active B Level Security Clearance required
The Role
My client is looking for a skilled Deskside & Technology Support Analyst to provide 2nd Line IT support across the Manchester region. You'll handle incidents, deploy hardware, and ensure outstanding service to end-users in a corporate IT environment.
What You'll Do
Manage and resolve 2nd Line incidents & service requests within SLAs
Troubleshoot desktop, telephony, and conferencing systems
Deploy and track IT hardware & maintain asset records
Support office/site IT set-ups and relocations
Maintain IT facilities and manage stock rooms in ServiceNow
Liaise with vendors and escalate complex issues when needed
What We're Looking For
4+ years in IT Service Management
Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Experience in corporate IT environments
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Full UK driving licence (travel to other my client offices required)
Nice to Have
Microsoft Certification
ITIL V3/4 Foundation
ServiceNow experience
? Contract: On Payroll | 37.5 hrs/week | Expenses paid
? Security Clearance: B level (must be active)
