Job Opportunity: Warehouse Operatives at Mploy Staffing Solutions
Mploy Staffing Solutions has multiple openings for Warehouse Operatives, with or without forklift experience, in the Andover area. These positions are available immediately, offering guaranteed full-time hours each week and attractive overtime pay rates.

These roles do not involve working in chill/freezer environments or food processing/handling. We offer both temporary and temp-to-perm positions, depending on your skills and performance.
Available Shift:
* 21:30 - 06:00 (Sunday to Thursday)
Basic Hourly Pay Rate:
£13.66 (including £0.57 attendance bonus)
Responsibilities include:
* Picking, packing, wrapping, labelling, and loading orders for dispatch
* Manually handling goods as needed
* Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the warehouse
* Reporting issues to management or supervision
* Moving stock around the warehouse manually or using lifting equipment
* Unloading and breaking down pallets
Requirements:
* Team player with good organisational skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Physical ability for manual handling
* Knowledge of Health and Safety standards
* Communicative level of English
* Some warehouse experience
