Overview
We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to support our client\'s property renovations team. This role is ideal for someone with solid administrative experience, a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems.
Responsibilities
* General administrative support to project and site teams
* Document control and data entry
* Assisting with scheduling and communication
* Using Microsoft Word and Excel for reports and documentation
* Learning and using new software systems (Simpro & Salesforce)
Requirements
* Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Willingness to learn new software
* Previous administrative experience (ideally in a project or construction-related setting)
* A background in construction is desirable but not essential
Location: Inverness
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30–16:30, Friday 08:30–15:30
Start Date: ASAP
The role will initially be offered on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
