About the Role
Due to our unique concept, we change menus on a regular basis which will give you the opportunity for continual development of your skills and knowledge with different cooking styles. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, assist in supervising your team and coordinating the delivery of high‑quality food in a busy, fast‑paced kitchen environment. You will develop your own skills and knowledge in the kitchen as well as that of the people around you.
Responsibilities
* Control and oversee seasoning, portioning and appearance of food served
* Demonstrate and promote teamwork within the kitchen and front of house
* Excellent communication and ability to lead and work well with others
* Good knowledge and understanding of food, modern food preparation techniques and food safety
* Commit to delivering first‑class service
* Maintain a positive attitude and ability to multitask
* Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
