Office Administrator
Are you good at Maths, enjoy Excel and want a varied Admin role within a successful Distribution company based in Stourbridge, West Midlands ?
You will be working within a friendly team environment in a modern office that has recently been bespoke refurbished for the business. Having been established over 20 years the company is continually growing and can offer the right candidate training and career progression opportunities.
Office based in Stourbridge – Commutable from Kingswinford, Brierley Hill, Dudley, Halesowen, Quinton, Oldbury, Kidderminster, Wolverhampton, Bromsgrove
£23k-£30k (Dependant on Experience) + generous holiday entitlement (including Christmas shutdown) + pension + training
If you have previous Finance / Accountancy / Bookkeeping / order processing experience then great, however if you have proficient pc skills, love maths and are customer service driven wanting to give of your best within a varied office environment, then this role could also be ideal for you.
1. This role would suit a Finance or Accounts Administrator seeking a small but successful, forward-thinking company to develop their skillset further.
2. Attention to detail is a must.
3. Good Maths and English and the ability to use initiative is essential!
4. Friendly and confident.
5. Previous experience of working with a CRM system is advantageous.
6. You will enjoy working in a small friendly team where everyone is hands on with a variety of tasks.
7. You will be confident on the phone and able to make outgoing calls as well as answer incoming queries.
