Business Development Manager -Hybrid Working What You Will Do Develop and manage a sales pipeline with imminent and future opportunities. Convert new business leads into long-term relationships. Identify and pursue self-sourced opportunities and collaborate on marketing initiatives. Contribute to tender and contract submissions across various sectors. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Build and maintain long-term partnerships as a trusted advisor. Deliver engaging customer presentations and articulate company propositions effectively. Create detailed business plans. Assist with budget planning for customer requirements. Formulate and execute sales strategies for client engagements. Monitor and evaluate sales performance against company targets. Maintain and develop key partner relationships. Manage sales reporting and other administrative duties. What You Will Need Experience in Sales, BD or Account Management Proven experience in B2B sales, acquiring new clients and managing accounts. Understanding of the full sales cycle. Experience in negotiating complex contracts.
